I’m Sarah Lou Warren— a mother, writer, and licensed therapist living on Hawaiʻi Island, where I’m raising my two young children and tending a small homestead.

Alongside over a decade of professional experience, I bring the wisdom that can only be earned through lived motherhood — navigating its many seasons of joy, challenge, and transformation.

This work is deeply personal to me. I have walked the path of healing my own emotional inheritance and choosing to create a new story for my lineage beyond the wounds of generational trauma. These experiences have taught me reverence for the complexity of the human experience and the courage it takes to mother — and live — from a place of strength and grace.

My approach is decolonial and integrative, weaving together mind, body, and spirit. I draw on EMDR, somatic awareness, parts work (IFS), and breathwork, held within a grounded, relational space.

In working with me, you can expect trusted guidance, compassionate presence, and playful accountability as you do the courageous work of transforming pain into wisdom and stepping more fully into your own embodied truth.
