<image:title>Home - Therapy, as I hold it, is not about fixing you. It is a process of remembering.</image:title>
<image:caption>It is my deep knowing that each of us enters this world inherently worthy of love, safety, worthiness, and belonging. These truths are not things that you have to earn or construct; they are carried at the core of your being. And yet, through intergenerational trauma, cultural conditioning, and systems that disconnect us from our bodies and inner knowing, many of us lose access to these truths. Therapy is a courageous wayfinding journey back to yourself—back to the parts of you that have always been whole, wise, and alive beneath the layers of survival. Together, we create space to listen for what is true, to untangle what no longer belongs to you, and to reconnect with the fullness of who you are. I’m Sarah Lou Warren — a mother, writer, and licensed psychotherapist living on Hawaiʻi Island, where I am raising my two children and tending a small homestead. I work with women across all stages of life, focusing on depth work and complex trauma, and I hold a particularly deep reverence for mothers. My lens is holistic, nonpathologizing and decolonial, and integrates EMDR, somatic awareness, emotional parts work, and breathwork.</image:caption>

<image:title>Home - You don’t have to walk this path alone. Healing begins the moment you allow yourself to be supported.</image:title>
<image:caption>In our work together, you can expect to be met with deep presence and care. I offer grounded, compassionate listening alongside honest reflection. This is a space where all parts of you are welcome. A space to come home to yourself. If you feel the quiet pull toward this work, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater healing, integration, and wholeness.I offer therapy sessions via telehealth for ease of access. <image:title>About Me</image:title>
<image:caption>I’m Sarah Lou Warren— a mother, writer, and licensed therapist living on Hawaiʻi Island, where I’m raising my two young children and tending a small homestead. Alongside over a decade of professional experience, I bring the wisdom that can only be earned through lived motherhood — navigating its many seasons of joy, challenge, and transformation. This work is deeply personal to me. I have walked the path of healing my own emotional inheritance and choosing to create a new story for my lineage beyond the wounds of generational trauma. These experiences have taught me reverence for the complexity of the human experience and the courage it takes to mother — and live — from a place of strength and grace. My approach is decolonial and integrative, weaving together mind, body, and spirit. I draw on EMDR, somatic awareness, parts work (IFS), and breathwork, held within a grounded, relational space. In working with me, you can expect trusted guidance, compassionate presence, and playful accountability as you do the courageous work of transforming pain into wisdom and stepping more fully into your own embodied truth.</image:caption>
